The right technology for sewers, low-pressure pipelines, rain drainage, made of of brick, concrete, cast iron, fiberglass, plastic or any other material. It ensures structural rehabilitation of severely damaged pipelines, even in harsh terrain conditions, with absolutely no trenching at all. The SPR technology is suitable for the correction of hydraulic anomalies and in some cases, it allows the rehabilitation of curved pipelines. 

The technology is based on the principle of “in-place” pipe production from continuous plastic (PVC or HDPE) factory manufactured strip of high stiffness and low weight. The installation of the pipe is conducted, while using only existing shafts. The strip is winded up with specialized machinery, positioned directly in the shaft and thus the pipe is produced. 

Depending on the modification, the new pipe is either pushed into the existing one from one shaft to the other, or the machine itself travels along the sewer, while producing the new pipe. The profile of the strap is designed so that it produces a waterproof cylinder and forms a firm lock during the process of winding. In the next step the cylinder’s diameter is expanded until it is tightly fixed and in certain circumstances grouted to the old pipe. 

As a result, infiltrations and exfiltrations are completely eliminated, the hydraulic properties improve and wear-resistance of pipelines and extends is prolonged by 50 and more years.
